Refund & Return Policy

7-day return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories included.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, send us an unboxing video or clear photos within 48 hours and we will arrange a free replacement.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@trendifyone.pk with your order number and reason. Our team confirms the return and shares pickup instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of us receiving the product. Cash On Delivery refunds are sent through bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
Not eligible
Used devices, products without original packaging, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
